卷筒聯(lián)軸器是起重設備傳動系統(tǒng)中重要的的部件， 通過其連接減速機動力輸入軸和卷筒契合，傳遞扭矩同時限制卷筒的軸向竄動，并且?guī)в袡C械或者電子磨損報警，是卷筒式提升機構的核心部件之一。

卷筒聯(lián)軸器是一種新型撓性聯(lián)軸器，主要用于起重設備中起升機構的減速器輸出軸與鋼絲繩卷筒的聯(lián)接，也適用于其它類似的既傳遞轉矩又承受徑向載荷的機械設備，但不能用作需承受軸向載荷的傳動。

卷筒聯(lián)軸器由帶鼓形齒的外齒軸套、帶聯(lián)接法蘭和內齒圈的外套、帶外球面的承載環(huán)、端蓋和密封圈等組成，并設有定位磨損指針、潤滑油孔和通氣孔等。
